	KATHY CRONIN ABR, Kathy grew up in southern NH but has resided in the Newburyport area for over twenty years. In 1992 Kathy left Newburyport temporarily to move to Aspen, Colorado so she could experience skiing sunny days of powder in the fabulous Rocky Mountains! Although Aspen is still her favorite place to ski, she moved back to Newburyport with a deeper appreciation of the area she has resided inmost of her adult life. With the ocean, white mountains, and the great city of Boston within minutes of your doorstep, Newburyport is a hard city to top! Kathy now ski’s the mountains of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine with her nine year old daughter Anna who is becoming quite the ski bum herself! She enjoys the slower pace of skiing with a 9 year old and double diamonds are a thing of the past! She currently lives in West Newbury with her daughter Anna and their two Boston Terriers Suzie and Gracie. They have a traditional “girls night out” once a week and look forward to this all week long. Usually dinner and a movie are on the agenda. (“Because of Winn Dixie” is their most recent favorite.)
